Schema therapy thrives on emotional depth, relationship building, and inner clarity.
This 2.5-day intensive seminar combines schema therapy self-awareness with practical case supervision in a safe, highly professional setting.
The self-awareness is based on key exercises by Joan Farrell et al. (*Experiencing Schema Therapy from the Inside Out*) and enables participants to experience their own schemas, modes, and therapeutic dynamics “from an inside perspective.”
The aim is to deepen one’s own therapeutic attitude, to become more aware of processes in the therapeutic relationship, and to strengthen one’s work with clients in the long term.
The seminar location of Barcelona is deliberately used as a resource: mindfulness and imagery elements as well as meditation by the sea support emotional integration, self-care, and grounding.
